Objectives of this role / About the job
The objective of this role is to drive the team of Investment Advisors who are responsible for the Private Wealth and Private Bank segments, encompassing investment products and market updates, etc. The responsibility is not limited to account opening and information updating, but extended to provide the best solutions to clients, together with portfolio specialist/ analyst team.

  • KPIs include: Sales revenue / AUM / client acquisition
  • To drive Investment Advisors in approaching potential customers to establish relationships & provide sufficient information about market movements and products & services provided by Finnomena
  • To ensure the team gives quality investment knowledge and asset allocation model combined with a good customer experience
  • Develop relationship with customers and generate business for FINNOMENA with focus on investment products
  • Monitor client portfolio and provide the market update, market change, and make analysis to client in order to provide the best in class and professional services to client for existing and new clients
  • Actively provide information and present product updates to clients, wealth advisor team together with initiate and plan marketing strategies and participate in the marketing activities with marketing team
  • Enhance relationships with high net worth clients
  • Comply with bank policies & procedures, code of conduct and all regulations / notices / guidelines issued by the Bank of Thailand and the Securities Commission of Thailand

    Preferred qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in MBA, Finance, Economics and Accounting from Thai and oversea
  • At least 10 years in wealth management, asset management or related experience
  • Knowledge of investment product and market outlook
  • Customer service oriented with good financial advisory and good knowledge of Investment products

    Skills & Experiences:
  • Pleasant personality with strong interpersonal skills, communication skills and self motivation
  • Problem-solving attitude and teamwork skills
  • Good command of English
  • At least 3 years of experience in managing sales / customer-facing team
  • Team player with can-do attitude and willingness to work across teams (including Tech, Product and Marketing)
